Title: Spark Plug Wire Budget Trick!!!
Article: Have you ever gone into your local auto parts store and asked for spark plug wires for your geo storm? Only to be looked at and laughed at? Telling you that they will need to special order such an item at an expensive price? What If I was able to tell you that you can get 2 (and sometimes even 3 If you don’t mind re-using metal pieces again) of spark plug wires for around $60.
Go out to a high-performance shop and pick up a universal MSD wire set (either heli-core or super conductor) for a V8. Yes, V8. When they ask which ones, get those with straight boots for the spark plugs and 90 degree angle boots for the distributor cap. The best part is the boots for the plugs are done already.
1 - Pull one spark plug wire from the engine, then pull an MSD wire out of the box. Cut the MSD wire to match the oem spark plug wire.
2 - Strip about a 1/4 inch of the tip off you just cut. Only strip the boot to expose the wire in the middle.
3 - Take out a long silver connector for the wire.
4 - The instructions that come with the box can illustrate how to crimp the wires onto the connectors.
5 - Once crimped on, take a 90 degree boot out of the bag and feed the connector with wire through. After its through, bend the connector to about a 90 degree angle and slide down back into the boot.
6 - Now you’ve completed a custom made spark plug wire. If my way of explaining it is too difficult, the instructions that came with the box are very easy to understand.

When everything is done, you still have another set of wires for when ever you get around to doing a tune up. It’s up to you If you want to re-use the connectors again after your second set or just go out and buy a set of connectors separately.
