The Geo Storm Owners Page / Club is designed and operated solely for entertainment and informative purposes. This page collects NO monetary compensation for its services and/or membership (we run as a non-profit organization). Items sold on this page (Shirts, decals, etc) are sold with a 0% profit margin and usually results in a loss of money by the webmaster (due to shipping costs). The GSOP is designed as a free resource for potential and current Geo Storm owners to pass and generate information and help with their cars. All the information presented on this page is supplied by either the webmaster (Jason Yuhas) or Geo Storm Owners themselves. All rights are reserved for General Motors, Geo car divisions and any other third party affiliates. All rights are reserved to General Motors and GM for the use of the names Geo, and Storm.
Items can be sold on the GSOC. Mass items or items manufactured by yourself in large numbers should be placed in the 'Word of Mouth / Vendor Sales' forum. Note: The GSOC and its staff are not responsible for problems with purchases or items sold through the forums. We have not tested these items and you must only rely on the seller's previous sales and reputation. Issues with poor sales / purchases can be brought to the attention of the staff but we hold NO responsibility. We may help you find a way to solve your issue, but on the 'for sale' forums the rule is BUYER BEWARE.

The GSOP will not tolerate threats or violence against members (implied or verbally) or vulgarity of any kind. The degree and severity of the disciplinary action is left to the discretion of the GSOP staff. The staff has full control over the content of the GSOP webpage system and violation of the above rule will constitute action beyond the claim of 'free speech'. If serious violations occur, the GSOP has the right to contact your internet service provider and inform them of the incidence(s). The GSOP also reserved the right to press legal charges against anyone who continues to ignore this rule.
Members of the GSOP have every right to their privacy. However, visitors view the GSOP page at their own risk. The GSOP will do its best to ensure privacy, but not all situations can be continuously monitored. Email addresses may be hidden on the forum if so desired. License plates may be blurred on request for an individual's membership page. All personal rights and information unless displayed publicly are not shared by the GSOP administration. If you have any issues or concerns with this issue, do not be afraid to bring them up with Jason Yuhas.
